Over the past few months, we have worked with professional coaches to design on-demand training plans that are customized to each rider's distance goal for the event, and their FTP.  Each plan is 8 weeks in length, and provides 5 customized workouts per week.

INDIVIDUALIZED INTENSITY TRAINING

It starts with your Functional Threshold Power (FTP).  Either input your own settings from a previous test, or use the built-in Ramp Test.  Once the app has your FTP, your entire training plan will be customized to help you cross the finish line. 

MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS

No training is complete without a way to see the progress you are making.  After every workout, you will get detailed metrics showing how well you followed the virtual coach's instructions, along with all of the other data that you'd expect to see, and every workout is stored so you can come back to them at any point in time.

STEP 3. 

Take the Ramp Test or input your FTP into the app settings.  Your plan will be loaded into the app within 24 hours of purchase. 
REQUIREMENTS:  Training must be performed on a bike that has a power meter or is capable of calculating power output in watts.  The training plans have been designed for both indoor and outdoor capability, however data syncing is currently limited to Peloton Bikes.  Strava integration will be released within the next quarter.  Heart Rate Monitors, while not required, are strongly recommended.
